We only ship Products within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We partner with Canada Post to provide shipping services for our Products. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide during the checkout process, except in cases where a prior agreement has been made for personal delivery.
3. Shipping Fees
a. Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout and are in addition to the Products purchase price. The cost of shipping will depend on the delivery location and the selected shipping method.
b. Variations: The shipping fee may vary depending on the size and weight of the Products, as well as the distance from our fulfillment center to your delivery address.
4. Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary and are subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions and holidays. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

We provide order tracking information for your convenience. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of
your delivery through the Canada Post website.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
7. Personal Delivery Agreements
a. Prior Agreements: In cases where there has been a prior agreement between the seller and the buyer for personal delivery, we will arrange for personal delivery.
b. Conditions: Personal delivery agreements will be made on a case-by-case basis and are contingent upon mutual agreement on delivery terms, including the date, time, and location of delivery.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
a. Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged Product, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and may require photographic evidence of the damage.
b. Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with Canada Post to locate your order. If the investigation concludes that your order is lost,
we will work with you to either replace the order or issue a refund.
